Main demo account not showing up on iPhone app and on Mac

Hi,

I am working through a prop firm demo account, it was working all fine until yesterday. Today when i opened up my iPhone app i found that i only have a demo account which is in euro (which i never created, i think thats the default account). I am not able to switch to the prop firm's demo account. Luckily i was logged-in in one of my desktop where it still shows me 2 trading accounts ( 1 from prop firm and other demo account in euro). 

I am not able to switch in between these accounts on my iphone and mac.

Any leads will be appreciated.
