I logged a support call on their "Report Technical issue" page, but jugging by the lack of feedback on the forum their busy trying to fix things. Hopefully we'll get some feedback soon.

Swiftest Workaround

Having the same problem.

The quickest workaround I've found is to briefly disable and re enable my network connection to prompt cTrader to reconnect.

I have to disable and re-enable my network adapter every few minutes to prompt cTrader to reconnect.

What can I do to resolve this?
