Can't change workspace from web or change default workspace?

How is that a solution? I have an existing workspace that I can't load.  Every time I select it, it reloads the default version

Since the new WEB version was deployed, everytime I select a different workspace, my browser refreshes back to the default.  And I can't find anywhere to change the default workspace.

The new WEB version is broken!

Need a way to change the default workspace
