Trading history missing

Hello,

I am missing all the trading history on the cTrader desktop. I am using a live account and a demo account from two different brokers (Fusion Markets and Purple-Trading), and I cannot find the trading history on both of them.

I am sharing the screenshots of both accounts.

Hello,

I am having the same problem when I try to do a backtesting using a .csv file. The Log says:

“CBot instance[…] crashed with error #398C1175”

The .csv file, is fine and doesn't have gaps at the point of the error.
