Hi there,

Based on the chart the deposits took place while a trade was open. If you have evidence that this is not the case, please share. Else I have no indications of something being wrong to raise the issue to the product team.

Best regards,

Panagiotis

Hello,

Between 08/20 and 08/31, which was when the deposit that caused this problem occurred. The only days that had deposits were 08/24 and 08/25.

08/24:

Open Trade:         00:22 am on 08/24
Closed Trade:       08:53 am on 08/24
Deposit:                11:41 am on 08/24
Withdraw:            11:50 am on 08/24

Closed Trade:    04:03 am on 08/25
Withdraw:         03:53 pm on 08/25
Deposit:             05:56 pm on 08/25

Below is a photo with the details and times of negotiations and deposit:

Hi there,

As explained, there is no obvious issue with the ROI here. It seems correct. You have made deposits to avoid a drawdown and then withdrew money after the trade closed in profit. However your followers would have experienced the loss as shown in the ROI calculation. You need to spend some time understanding how the ROI calculation works.

Best regards,

Panagiotis

Hello, but what loss, if there was no stop loss on this day?

Even if there was a withdrawal and/or deposit, it doesn't matter, as there was no loss on that day, so it is impossible to go negative.

Check this day's trading hours.

The deposit was made after the trade was completed and not during the trade.

In addition to the trade being a winner, so there was no loss, how would you hide a loss that doesn't exist?

I make a request: Please analyze these issues that I am mentioning.

Hi there,

It seems you have made deposits as well while in drawdown which explains the negative profit.

Best regards,

How does a withdrawal and deposit explain a loss of -46%, if withdrawal and deposit are not losses?

That's what I said, at no point did I lose -46% of my account, that's why I'm trying to correct this result.

Generally the results are similar to Myfxbook and you can see that this month the difference was huge and all because there were withdrawals and deposits?

Hi there,

Because a deposit can hide a loss. Deposits and withdrawals are not considered when calculating ROI. You can read how ROI is calculated here

https://help.ctrader.com/ctrader-copy/roi-calculation/

In the image you posted indicating the moment this loss occurred, it is between 08/20/23 and 08/31/23.

I don't know the exact date. But then, below is my trading history for this period from 08/20/23 to 08/31/23.…

Hello, any solution to this problem?

As you can see from my trading history, it is impossible for there to be a loss of -46%. In fact, it was supposed to be a winning month, as you can see in the trading history and also on Myfxbook.

Look, I'm sure there was no such loss. I don't even remember making a deposit, I believe I made a withdrawal.

But so we can check, can you tell me the date on which this loss occurred?

So I check my history and send it to you for analysis.

Hi there,

Can you explain to us why you thing the ROI is wrong? Please note that myfxbook.com is showing account growth and not ROI. These two metrics are not the same

Best regards,

Hello,

The main error is in the third month cTrader. I didn't have a -46% loss in the third month. I made a withdrawal this month, but I never had this loss on my account.
