I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Sometimes using a VPN helps, but otherwise, I just get a white screen. I've tried multiple computers and browsers—Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer—all with the same result. Incognito mode in Chrome worked occasionally, but now that's stopped too.

It seems like Spotware's changes to cTrader 5.x have really impacted the platform's reliability. I'm genuinely concerned about my investment !!!

it still does not work @PanagiotisCharalampous , i also have the same problem. when i try vpn it works .. it may be related to a DNS or internet routing problem .. white screen since yesterday !

i am really not sure what Ctrader developers are doing now ! .. we can't mess with realtime money trading platform .. 

it has been now more than 4 hours with the Ctrader web interface giving a white screen, this is rediculus as we are talking about online realtime money trading platform not an online gaming platform .. 

we need to understand what is causing this unplanned downtime and get assurance about our money and any losses we may have incountered during the downtime ! .. Spotware must work on increasing their platform reliability

thank you for the update but how about the below pending points : 

• Optimization speed still much lower compared to Ctrader 4.8.30
• the progress gauge next to optimizing bots on the left pannel not visible. ( you have to click on each bot to check if it is optimizing and check its status ) 
• equity tab is not combined with the history tab and the statistics tab which prevents us from seeing a the equity chart without the need to scroll up and down 
• can't see equity progress / trades history live while bot is optimizing

i am using a Server with 48 cores and 128 GB RAM … CTRADER 5.x is a catastrophy .. apart from the cloud Algo capability the rest is all a disaster. I only activated cloud algos and configure them through web. i reverted back to Ctrader 4.x as Ctrader 5 is full of bugs and problems .. 

not at all satisfied with its interface nor performance

I really can't take it with the new Ctrader optimization speed , it is not practical at all and i need to stick to Ctrader 4.x without update until you solve this issue . besides the Ctrader 5.x optimization tabs are really of no use . . I want to stay with Ctrader 4.x interface and performance

+1 too, I reverted to Ctrader4.8 to be able to continue optimization .. 

also they said you can run 10 bots on cloud. well you can only run 5 unless there is something i don't know

you said we can max do 10 bots per account !!!  I am surprised I can't do more than 5. it says live account is limited to 5 … i have 7 I only need 7 and i will be really happy 

also i have multiple trading accounts  under the Same ctrader account, does that mean 5 each or 5 in Total ?!!!!! 

any plan to increase that limitation ?

well all have the same problem

yes thank you for keeping following up on that .. I believe this is a Major issue for all of us .. Ctrader 5 is extremly slow . I kept it for 8 heours running on a Dell server 56 Cores 256MB RAM and yet it did't finish first pass of optimization !!! 

i reverted back to Ctrader 4.8 until they find a solution .. we can't force update a client which is not yet stable specially when it comes to trading money and critical operations involving Money .. this is not a joke or a game .. 

there should be an overlap period between the 2 versions and if they want to force update it happens only after they solve all problems ! 

also if you have multiple Algos or instances optimizing at the same time  you can't know which one is optimizing and which one has finished since there is no indicator anymore on the left 

I really love the cloud idea but can't compromise on the live equity view, optimization speed and any other feature

Rebuild your ALGO using .NET6.0

rebuild the ALgo using .net 6.0 and enjoy the speed

hi Panagiotis, 

there should be a feature to block update. this is a platform we use to trade money and we can't risk our trades with new versions specially when they still have problems. there should be an update acknowlegment.. now i am not able to handle my Algos properly with very slow optimizations and optimization status not appearing on the left screen as before .. I am using a Dell R720 server with dual processors total 56 cores and 256 RAM yet the optimization is extremly slow compared to previous version !

Too Slow

my bot optimization is also becoming too slow with no possibility to visualize which instances are getting optimzied without click on each one individually.. 

I can't afford to optimize in such long duration. I am seriously thinking of reverting back to Ctrader 4.8 ( not sure why my Ctrader was actually foreced to update ) !!

Bot optimization progress

why it is not possible to see the bot Optimization progress on the left like before ?! I have to click on each bot now to see if it is being optimized or not unlike the old Ctrader where active optimization where immediately shown by a progress clock on the left so it was easier to quickly identify which bots are still optimizing

Automation optimization and backtesting

the only feature that was not there on the web was automation features including Backtesting and optimization . so launching a MAC CLient without this defeats the whole purpose behind having a mac client as all other features can be done through web access

Amazing step but . . . .

thank you so much Ctrader team for this amazing step .. i am really impressed about the interface and the app for MAC however

Ctrader automation is missing the most important features :

        - Optimization

        - Backtesting

the app is slightly heavy and not quickly responding to clicks , tried it over 2 MAC laptops with different MAC OSX versions. 

since i am mainly using the Automation feature i will be excitingly looking forward for the new version coming with the Optimization and Backtesting

I need Ctrader for MAC or Linux by any mean i am running 24/7 Bots and Windows is not a reliable OS at all. sometimes the Ctrader apps hangs and shuts down automatically 

this is not reliable at all, noone can risk money on non reliable OS
