RE: Stoploss wrongfully fullfilled because of downtime in ctrader

Hi,

you don't seem to understand the problem!! I was unable to login to close the trade. Please let your manager help you out with this. I was having a technical issue on ctrader side. I couldn't login, and the login is handled by ctrader, not a broker.

Hi,

this is not a broker issue. I couldn't even login at ctrader, making it a problem at your end, not my broker.
