cMirror ROI troubleshooting

Hi there,

cMirror is showing wrong ROI chart and ROI figures for my strategy.

My account never went in minus but the ROI chart is showing it went to -22.10% and then went back up to 65.41% and then came down to 53%.

All these numbers do not represent my account. Also the Gross Profit and Gross Loss figures are also wrong.

I am trying to build a popular strategy but these numbers will confuse copiers or no body will every copy my trade as the numbers and the chart do not add up.

I think this issue is with my broker Pepperstone only because I used ICMarkets and never had this kind of issue.

I had same issue with my other account back in January, I requested some help for sportware at ctdn forum got a reply saying we are investigation the issue but its been four months now and never heard anything yet.

Can you please resolve this issue somehow?

cMirror Showing wrong All Time ROI

Hi there,

Account NO: 1011149

cMirror is showing wrong All time ROI. The Starting balance was Deposit GBP 20 and then another deposit of GBP 0.64, the realized profit came down to GBP -20.18 and the All time ROI came down to -99%.

I made another deposit of GBP 2000 and the now the profit is GBP 587.75 so far, but All Time ROI  is still -97.35%. It is not increasing as fast as profit.

I am a mirroring provider and cannot attract people to follow my trades until this is sorted. Can you please check it for me.

I have an issue with commissions on cMirror.

Account No: 8090035 Signal Provider
On this Signal Provider Account till yesterday the signals were provided for 17m @ 20 USD and only received a commission of £0.01.

Account No: 1017304 Signal Provider
On this account the signals are provided for 63.9m @ 25 USD but only received 37.47 USD in commissions.

On my account everyday the number of Signal Followers and the Mirrored total is increasing but the commission is decreasing.

The broker says they don't have any control on this. So can you please check this for me,
