move stop loss to break even

Thank you for your response

As I try the feature 'move stop loss to break even' the break-even level is set 2 pips away from the opening price in the most of the currency pairs.

Why 2 pips? If this is fixed and depending on the currency pair, could you guy possibly provide the table or something?
Because at the moment '
Break-even is with commision included and based on net profit' is not telling me fully truth.

The both issues are happening on both desktop and cTraderWeb.

 

I never had problem on MT4 trade so I think my internet is ok.

If you have any suggestion to keep better (efficient) connection and operation of this application, please kindly advise me.


I will be waiting till the issue is fixed :)

Hello

When I am running the cTrader and  I do not touch it for a while, it often loses connection.
It sometimes does re-login automatically, but sometimes I have to login manually.

It happens also on cTraderWEB.

Could you possibly advise me how I can avoid it?

 

Additionally, the charts are moving very weird.

It stuck for a few seconds and move suddenly very fast.

When I see a price and click Buy or Sell, the market has already moved, but cTrader executes orders 100% so for me the executed price seems like having so big slippage.

 

This irritates me really much.
Please also advise me about this.

Hi 

Thank you for your reply, but I realize that I had to mention that I am talking about cTrader web accessed on Mobile.

I am using cTrader on my iPhone browser... and facing the issue reported today.
