Your PC specifications are good enough to use cTrader but in case you are using a lot of charts, it is recommended that you upgrade the memory.

cTrader desktop running on a low configuration such as Celeron 1.7Ghz and 2Gb RAM, runs smoothly consuming only 250 Mb RAM in M1 Timeframe in multi-chart mode with 28 charts loaded and we will include workspaces in cTrader desktop as well.
We recommend at least 500Mb memory to run cTrader/cAlgo with one chart but using multi-chart mode, custom indicators that may be poorly coded, trading with high frequency robots, etc. will require more memory.
Do you have any custom indicators loaded?

I`m not use any indicators.

about 5.profiles feature

Yes, ctrader have workspace feature.

the use of cpu and memory increased in case of ctrader.

mt4 is no problem.

I`m always watching 24pairs on the mt4.

and more

this  is serious problem.

for example,

1 minute candle is completed over 1 minute.
