LPs are almost the same for any broker. Today, on NFP event I've done various tests, with two different broker, both are very good and reputable (I do not want to release names). Here're the results on GBP/USD: both broker executed the order with approx 50 pips slippage, both broker executed stop loss at -100 pips instead of -26 pips. As long as Spotware does no insert the slippage parameter on the Stop Order these type of results will be always the norm and not the exceptions, so  Stay away from big news. Take Cara

LPs are different each brokers.

Hi,

Check post #7.

I think ctrader is better than trashy meta.

Did you check meta at the time?

Contact your broker.

The issue have nothing to do with Spotware.

maybe your broker is fxpro.

I did test spotware ctrader, icmarkets ctrader, pepperstone ctrader.

the issure for android app is fxpro only.

spotware ctrader and other brokers are no problem.

slippage,

It is conditional on your broker and their LPs.

Contact your broker.

fxpro said to me,

Spotware didn`t release new version to fxpro.

My home PC is 100MB optic LAN.

tick charts loading speed

1tick>2tick>...10tick>13tick>21tick>34tick

I also have this issue. Sometimes it loads up faster, sometimes slower on my home PC (15Mb broadband speed) which is anything between 1 and 10 min. But at work it loads usually faster, sometimes within seconds (we have 20Mb broadband at work) - so not sure this has anything to do with broadband or computer speed. And that's with only one chart (13 ticks) open in cTrader (I use MT4 for the rest of charting). Another issue is the delay of tick chart that occasionally happens (during price busy periods) so that the tick chart is few seconds delayed against mt4 feed (both from the same broker).. Hope there will be a solution to that soon.

Michael

RE:

tick chart is white elephant.

Did you also give up?

or, Is it almost impossible?

Spotware said:

Dear traders,

We know about performance issues related to tick charts. We plan to optimize loading in future releases.
