I am now able to access my ctrader web and iOS.

And for c trader iOS, it shows a blank black screen. 

Even after refreshing, and exiting the app and reentering, it still keeps loading and loading.

The rest of ctrader web and iOS I can access, but the ctrader copy I am still unable to access.

Thus please kindly let me know how I can access it properly, because I have a significant amount of my capital in there.
