HI,  im having this issue where the demos accounts are not loading the charts, only the live account its showing. when i change to a demo account it looks like the pic just loading.

my broker its pepperstone and the account number is 3750586

Dear trader,

Please provide us with the following information

1. Broker and account number
2. Exact time the disconnections occurred
3. Your proxy

If you can record a video at the moment the disconnections happen that will include all the above information, it will be very helpful.
