Same thing for me

it does the same to me. Adding to that, it deletes all  my advanced protections I have send messages to C trader but no one came back to me with this. I hope they are gonna do something about it.

Seems like it was doing this only then. I tried it again and it seems to be working now.

Hi,  lately I am having big problems with C trader. It became impossible to trade.

first problem is trying to report a problem

I have tried to write in the help box of C trader but after I write down 8 to 10 words it delete itself. I tried 10 times and I was never able to finish my comments and it all disappeared.

Hi I don't see the down arrow (to select export format) by Statement in either cTrader Web or Mac, would you know if it's been disabled, or if it's Windows Desktop only?

Clicking it brings up this URL in a new tab, visually blank with some bare Javascript in the source.

I have been having the exact same problem with trying to access an excel version of my statement on cTrader. Have you found or been offered a solution for this yet? My Ctrader looks the same as yours, no arrow drop down on the Statement button allowing you to select an excel version, only a blank URL.

i am having the same problem. I used Trader desktop app, but it is only HTML format available. not very user friendly to use with Excel. Something we can do to have excel or can files?
