RE:

After I closed the long position, I only have open short positions. And the list appears to be unsorted.

I suspect I am being scammed. The reason why I started with continuous video surveillance was because, among other things, a loss of 40,000 usd was closed involuntarily. I have also experienced that positions are closed without my participation and that preset amounts on quick trades are changed, so that positions are set that are far too high. I have also experienced that positions change places when I am going to double them several times, so that positions that should not be doubled due to their high value are doubled. This usually happens when the rate moves quickly and I press for more doublings.

I am a VERY profitable scalping trader, so I suspect an alarm has gone off, and that after the alarm went off they are trying to stop me.

Dear trader,

Thanks for reporting this problem. Can you please advise which column is used for sorting the positions?

Best regards,

cTrader Team

RE: RE:

We see the list of trades is not sorted by date, but the moment I want to close the profit, the list changes and it is listed by date. What I'm wondering is who is doing this. It's easy to think that someone is watching my screen, because when I want to close the profit, it moves, changing how the trades are listed. What I have questions about is what the logic is in what is happening. We see, when I try to close the position with a profit, it is moved and I close a position with a loss instead.

I have been using ctrader recently and experienced scams on the platform. I was able to record a video of the incident. What I wonder is whether it is the platform or the broker that is deceiving me. I am happy to post the video, if anyone is interested in seeing the scam. I am waiting for a response from the broker.

Sure post a YouTube link so we all know what to look out for and describe what you think is a scam?

thanks
