Hi Paul, 

 

Yes via paypal. I have all emails, 2 invoices, and 2 payment receipts as proof of payment. When i tried emailing spotware I got the following auto reply. 

 

Dear Trader,

 

Unfortunately, we no longer provide the Engage service.

However, we have prepared other services to help you with development of your algorithms.

You can either:

 - seek help with the community at /forum/

 - contact one of our partners at /consultants/

 - post a job in the Development Jobs section at /jobs/ Please feel free to share with us your experience of using the above services.

I will wait for a response from Admin/ctdn/ before I name the company. I would hate for people to get ripped off, we are here to trust one another and help each other out. If we have a few dodgy operators it stuffs it up for the good ones and we the consumers wont trust products and service providfers, not fair on all of us for 1 or two shonky operators.

Greetings All, I cant seem to locate an email address to explain and show proof of engaging a consultant from cTDN website, who has been paid and has never done my job nor do they reply to my many emails. I need them to be looked into and maybe taken off the website so others don't get ripped of like I did. I wont name the consultant even though i have the right to do so as they have been given many opportunities to reply to me, but this is the last chance. I wasn't sure where to post this message so hope people see it here.
