   Is spotware going to offer any solution to this? I have 3 funds on the mentioned broker. Can you offer a solution to us? We are running the funds for a year with a roi compatible with a year and clients. It is important to maintain these stats after we change the broker.

   Dear cTN,

  FXpro has sent and e-mail comunicating that on 26/02 they will disable Cmirror.

  I have 3 funds with positive ROI. 2 over than 100%. Will I have to close these funds or is it possible to change the brokers and mantain the funds and the ROI?

Comissions

   Dear Ctrader,

The comisions are supoosed to appear under transactions?

From the 10 people which are mirroring everyone is from fake money?

I strongly sugest that if you are on demo you could only mirror demo money. We can build an algo to emulate the mirrored demo money operations on real money and we would not pay comissions for the main account.

Unpaid comissions

   I have another doubt besides the one above (100x less volume than negotiated). I have not received any commisions yet and I have mirrored 163 k so far. On the broker / ctrader platform it doesn't appear anything on transactions or either on positions on the 8081871 account (golden eagle fund):

Mirrored Volume 100x lower than expected

   Dear Ctrader support,

   I have over a million capital being mirrored on the Golden Eagle Fund for a about time now. Nevertheless, each time I open / close a 1000 dollar order I generate something only in the order of 10.000 dollars on mirrored volume. It is 100x less than the volume expected (1 million), so there is probablly something wrong.

   Please investigate this.

Dear support,

 

I have contacted the broker support and they have answered that they have forwarded my e-mail to spotware.

Probablly that was supposed to be automated?
