Can you give exact instructions on cmirro.com? I logged into it but cannot find any option to unlink live account.

This is getting frustrating to say the very least. What is the point of storing workspaces on the cloud when it is lost and cannot be retrieved? Please consider giving users the options to physically save workspaces on local drive. I had to spend a few hours rebuilding all of my workspaces.

I found the solution:

The application url is going to http://dl.c-trader.com/   which of course is different to ctrader.com and that is why there is a mismatch int the security setting. Access is granted for *.ctrader.com and NOT c-trader.com

Please be careful with your selection of domain names next time.

Hi,

I have uninstalled, redownloaded the installation file and reinstalled. No change.

Registry has been cleaned. No antivirus program is active on the machine that cAlgo is running. No change.

There are several reasons for this issue to happen. The most common reason is the oneClick cache.

Other reasons may be:

A previous installation file or a setup file is corrupted. In this case should uninstall any previous versions, download the installation files from the originally hosted location and try to install the application again.

Maybe the registry was corrupted. In this case you should use a trusted third party tool to clean the registry. Additionally you should temporarily disable any antivirus program while trying to install the application.
