On VPS is not working. Can I do something to fix it?

I think I explained it wrong. I tested it on 2 different pc's, and both have the same message. I only want to use one.

I installed it on 02 pcs, but the following message always appears: Bifrost Copyer (1.1.3): Waiting first ping...
I'm trying to copy from MT5 to Ctrader. Where am I wrong? What can I try to do to fix it?
