Can someone help me?

- i opened cbot for 1 week period. Currently, most accounts that have opened cbot are not able to connect to ctrader.
-- I have tried shutting down the app, deleting it and reinstalling it. but the situation is still there.

- Does running cbot for a long time affect the connection? Is the data saved in the account or on the app?
how do i delete all the data and bring it back to its original state? thanks.
