I had the same issue but it turned out my strategy would not be visible if we do not have any trades open at the time.

Since we have only been providing our strategy for 8 days I cant recommend us however I can say look out for the following - 

• Steady growth over time
• Reasonable sized trades 
• Anything older than 6 months with a healthy up curve

I'm not sure how to upload videos however I have attached the image of the issue. The only thing that works for me is the crosshairs on the chart, I cant draw trendlines or use the Fib. Since the recent update the drawing tools are not showing up on the chart once selected.
