- The true range indicator does not line up to the correct candle if zoomed out. Need to zoom in all the way for accuracy.
---- UPDATE I think its the timze scale on the bottom because its not just the indicator that doesn't line up, the timestamp on the crosshair is also showing the wrong time until you zoom in, then the time lines up on the correct candle.
- When I switch the currency pair in quicktrade buttons, the information box on hover displays the previous currency pair's information, pip value etc. Eventually it changes to the new one. Its misinformation due to the delay.
---- UPDATE I've seen this delay take up to 30seconds to 1 minute. The only way to know that its wrong information is because of the different margin requirement.
- Overall the web app is not as responsive as the native windows application. For example, you move an order on the chart and the lag is noticable.

- If left open for a few hours the CPU utilization starts acting odd. Certain CPU cores start spiking. Requiring a browser refresh

- Every day while Im trading I keep the Trade Watch (Bottom) and sort by "Closing Time". Every while be ok until suddenly the trade I just closed won't appear at the top of the list, the only way to fix it is by refreshing the browser window...The same way I fix the odd CPU core utilization issue.

- During heavy price activity, I suddenly am unable to click and hold onto the chart to move the position of the candles. Everything else works like clicking the quicktrade buttons, its specific to the ability to hold and drag the chart background to reposition the candles. I like to keep the current price directly in the middle of the chart, so Im constantly dragging the chart to reposition current price to be exactly in the middle, I do this so if price moves up or down I have to room on both ends. I hope you guys resolve the more important issues of the ones I mention here. Thanks

* The only reason Im taking the time to advise on these issues is because most of them involve misinformation which Im sure you will prioritize. Thanks for an overall innovative product.

Can you please provide some screenshots so that we can understand what is the problem here?

It takes some time for the information to be updated. We tried this and it does not take more than 1-2 seconds on a average connection and an average computer. This is normal and it depends on many factors.

Native applications are by definition faster than web applications. However we are working on improving the speed of cTrader Web as much as possible.

I've provided enough descriptive information for your team to do some digging and confirm. I dont have time to take snapshots, but I can assure you every item on my list is a valid bug. The delay when displaying pip value information box is not normal, it is not 1 to 2 seconds. I recommend doing extensive testing on each of these issues. Sorry I cannot be of further help, I'm consumed in other projects at the moment. Good luck

Dealmap suddenly stops printing requiring a browser refresh, Remind me of the history tab at the bottom how it stops updating which also requires a refresh of the page. Good platform overall but if you can fix these bugs its solid.
