Please note that advanced protection works on the client side i.e. it is executed on your computer. Unfortunately there is no way to know what was happening on your computer at that time e.g. if it was turned on, if your browser was working fine, if there was a connection to the internet etc. We did not have any other reports of malfunction for this functionality, so we can assume that this is caused by a local problem.
so at the same time web app and phone app not worked in 2 different places and on 2 different connections? Ok, good. You say no reports but I read tons of sites where everyone complains about this, about take profit not closed and about stop losses closed too early. Not to mention copy trading, which is another questionable matter.
Anyway thanks for the answer, it was just what expected.
