The difference in name was Relex1 and Relax 1

Didnt check the ctraderID as I am a new user and it wasnt known or expected to me that there were scammers on the platform.

Because it was a fake account impersonating a legit account

Turns out there was an imposter account with the same strategy name relax1 but the provider was not urai.  The fact that ctrader can allow duplicate strategy names is the problem and I lost alot of money.  Not happy.
