Have you used RoboForex in the past? They deleted cTrader accounts and that seems to be the issue, I am hopping cTrader fix it soon.

Yes I also have RoboForex cTrader accounts, but after reading your message, I tried to link friend's cTrader account that doesn't have RoboForex, and I got the 500 error too.

It is weird because I had linked the accounts just a few weeks ago, then I tried to add another one, and the error 500 started, maybe the issue starts if you try to add accounts when you already have linked accounts. I tried erasing all the myfxbook linked accounts (from myfxbook and also revoked access in cTrader end) but still the same issue.

EDIT: SORRY I didn't realize my friend also had a forgotten RoboForex account, so yes, that may be the cause, I will try to link a different one.

EDIT2: Looks like you are right, I tried with another account without RoboForex and it did work!

Support team may be able to reproduce it, just trying to add an account in myfxbook, going to porfolio → add account

The generated URI is:

(replaced the real id with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

That generates the same error 500 you showed in the first post

I am getting the same error when I try to add a cTrader account to myfxbook.com, it may be related,
