I talked about that to broker since two month ago, but they introduce me to speak in here, because it is not their failure.

Will you ask the broker to cover the loss ?

Broker is Tradeview.

I lost around 2000$ because of this bug.　If you admit that is your failure, you should cover the loss.

Second, this is follower's history. Because the position was not copied,result is totally different.

I want to extract history date of Ctrader Copy that I follow. is it possible?

No, It was not like that. there is no position ID for followers, I mean it should have open the position which got TP, but not opened.

I show you screen shot. history sorted by opening time.

First, this is provider's history. Red mark is the position that was not copied.

Second, this is follower's history. Because the position was not copied,result is totally different.

The deal was supposed to be copied.

Trading account itself is demo account, but there is 16 real account follower and Total amount capital is around 24000 USD.

I also one of follower to this copy trade, somehow above position was not properly copied, and all other followers were not as well
