Why you don't already have the position list? Try to create the list when your application start.

Also, for each ProtoOAClosePositionReq() message, are you waiting for the response or just “send and forget” style?

Bottom panel, “History” tab, when you choose a date range and click the date combo box. I'm using Chrome but also happens in Brave browser.

By the way, why symbolId is missing from ProtoOAGetTickDataRes? when I get a ProtoOAGetTrendbarRes or a ProtoOASpotEvent there's a symbolId so I can parse the data properly but that field is missing on ProtoOAGetTickDataRes messages.

Just code a bot and dump to a file the bid price on each tick event. I did it some years ago to have some historical data.

I've seen that since last monday the performance is worse than before, also I've seen that there are some kind of memory leak or something like that because the memory used by the cTraderWeb is growing, have a look at these screen shots and the time, just in a couple of minutes.

Still not working 11:17(UTC+1), maybe a bit later it will work. By the way you can't report from the cTraderWeb, that video is using cTrader for windows.

Sorry but I don't have any log message, but this happened about 15:20 UTC+1, until late in the night. 

I think that it was a broker mistake because at first icmarkets.eu told me that they were doing some maintenance, at the night I send an email  to report the problem about ProtoOAReconcileReq messages.

This morning this issue was fixed, but I lost money because I couldn't see/close/hedge my positions. :(

Anyone with icmarkets can see his open positions or orders? I can't believe that this is still not working. It doesn't work on web ctrader, iphone mobile or ctrader desktop (win version running into virtual box).

Can someone ask into telegram group? I can't ask because I was banned when I posted a link to my native trading App for OS-X.

Some hours later it was fixed. It was strange because I couldn't modify any order, neither order size, SL or TP.

Maybe on Monday I can capture some screen shots when the market is open.

I mean that, if I buy one lot of XAGUSD at 27.000$ and later when the silver is at 27.100$ I double the position. In cTrader web I got one position on XAGUSD with two lots at 27.050$

But if I send a ProtoOAReconcileReq message I receive two positions, one at 27.000$ with one lot and another one at 27.100$ with one lot.
