Are you telling me that the system opens an operation without my knowledge, without the trader being aware? IT IS? How can the platform start a trade without my permission? If this is true, I will file a claim because you are reporting that C TRADER opens an order without any authorization.

But that's not it. My problem is, OPERATIONS not performed by me or by the copy PRO. See in the images where they appear ORDERS, TRANSACTIONS, illegal.

We have not opened this day any transaction the platform opened alone.

What I want to know is: why the platform started operation on its own without a person command. WE DIDN'T DO THIS TRADE.

How were positions opened? EXPLAIN ME THAT.
