Thanks
I've recontacted icmarkets and all i can say is that they have confirmed it was the cbot that triggered the two trades. but again thats the end of their support.
Thanks for your help to date and lets see if they will actually put more effort into supprting their clients.
Cheers

Thanks for your reply.
My broker Icmarkets have no interest in helping and only advised to contact spotware. (I have since withdrawn my funds from them)
Spotware said that I need to request help from this forum... Again I feel poor support.
Anyway.. I did have a trade running from the previous day generated by the cbot.
That trade was a different currency pair to the two trades generated and I had also ammended that trade with new stop losses etc taking any action from the cbot out of the equation I thought.
I had previously deleted all instances and then the cbot from three areas.
1. Icmarkets
2. a second broker account
3. a VPS that Icmarkets recommended
All three areas had been deleted one after the other.
I also check to confirm they had been deleted several times prior to when the cbot normally triggered.
I'm sure this is a basic error by me I just dont know what that was and I dont want it to happen again.
Thanks again for you help.

Hi luigi,
Yes i deleted the instances and the the the cbot itself leaving no cbots at all.
I did this on the VPS and also my home computer.
I also rechecked several times leading into when the cbot is set to work and there was nothing in either account in the automate area.
Maybe I also need to delete it fro somewhere else?.
