Thankyou for replying to my message.

I managed to find a solution to the issue I was experiencing, I had a number of Custom indicators applied to the 15 Min chart, once I removed all indicators to scrolling was easy to do.

There was one indicator I was using in particular that cuased the screen to freeze. So for scrolling back to historical dates I will use a clean chart and this will be an easier solution.
