We are aware of this problem. It will be fixed as soon as possible.

As a work around you can move everything from Indicators folder to some temporary folder, run cAlgo and move everything back. You need to do it only for first run of cAlgo.

Yes please, something somewhere to show the current Pip Value in your own currency would be great, or failing that, maybe a pip value calculator algo or indy. (I have a pip value mql EA if anyone can convert it)

Yes, this is definitely needed. Specifying the price levels of lines is a function I use a lot.

You can: add your RSI to chart, then add an MA and in its properties box chose RSI instead of Close.

Definitely need much much more history for all time frames. (That is one of the six, most important to me things that need to be improved before I will trade with Ctrader. I am hoping that Ctrader will continue to evolve thereby enabling it to kick some serious #$%*)
