Thanks, however I tried with topfx last week and they closed the account with the below message, seems they no longer operate in the UK....

Dear Client,

Thank you for  taking the time to register with our Company and the trust you have shown us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your registration as the Company does not offer services to clients who are residing in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) due to regulatory restrictions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We remain at your disposal for any information and/or clarifications you may need.

Thanks for the suggestion however I've previously spoken to Skilling and they no longer accept clients from the UK.

Any other ideas?  There are UK ctrader brokers such as Pepperstone and FXPro however neither offer cTrader copy.

Thanks

RE:

Great multi symbol backtesting functionality has been released.  However when backtesting is it possible to view multiple charts for one backtest, i.e. I have an algo which uses EURUSD, and has GBPUSD as an additional symbol in the code, I then backtest against EURUSD but it also opens positions on GBPUSD, it is possible to see these GBPUSD positions on a GBPUSD chart?  I know they can be seen on the EURUSD chart.

Thanks

I don't want to rain on anyones parade  but this update gives the impression like some technology loving kid is running development having fun with all the "cool" things he can do, adding more bell and whistles. But! multi sysmbol backtesting is the one and only thing that he should be working on.  We have been waiting on this for years, it has the potential to make users money and it would give your software a competative advantage over your competitors. My suggestion, Put this developer kid in the basement at cTrader head quarter and don't let him out until he has finished the multi currency backtesting update!!!!!

Hi lec0456,

Multicurrency backtesting is coming in 3.7.

Best Regards,

Panagiotis

Any eta on 3.7?  Even weeks or months?  Thanks

This is great, but any progress on multi symbol backtesting? Last time I asked a rough timeline of the first half of 2019 was given. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm interested in this too (and have previously voted for it), as I expect most calgo users are.

When you say the near future can you quantify that more, i.e. within 3 months, 6 months a year etc...  Spotware have said this is on the priority list previously, but previously in the case is over the last couple of years so doesn't add much credibility that it will actually happen.

For me, and I expect other users, is a lacking feature that is stopping me from migrating my strategies to Ctrader.

Thanks

This is concerning.  The new website seems very much to advertise features as "broker first", rather Spotware's previous motto of "traders first".

Spotware - care to elaborate?

Thanks, that's a shame though, back to Metatrader.

Forget the above - have tried it on a different computer and works fine.  Not sure what's wrong with the other yet though.

Dear Trader,

Currently there is no way to access chart objects through the code. We will consider providing users this ability in the future.

Regarding your second question, you can reference an indicator you would like to manipulate to your custom indicator and add/update/delete the results and add more output lines.

Hi,

I was searching for access to chart obcjets and came across this thread.

Was wondering if there was any progress in the ability to access existing chart objects?

Thanks
