Hi Zjhehe,

Thanks for describing the issue you face. Could you please give us exact steps on how to reproduce what you see? We tried to reproduce this but we couldn't.

Best Regards,

Panagiots

Literally just open up all major pairs and then plot your usual support and resistancel lines over on the daily. When you change the timeframe to the weekly, the scaling becomes messed up. You need to try multiple times, about 50% of the time this has happened to me.

New advanced protection functionality is available in this release. For every position you can choose one of two protection strategies:

Trailing Stop Loss

Trail your Stop Loss as markets move in your favour. Set it to be active after a set number of PIPs gained and follow the market at a defined distance from current prices. Make the most out of your trading activity, by protecting your profits

Move Stop Loss to Break Even

Set a number of PIPs gained to activate it and move Stop Loss to Break Even point in order to protect your position.

Both protection stategies are implemented in on the client side, so cTrader must be running and connected to the server for Advanced Stop Loss to work properly.

New version with Advanced Stop Loss is released on our demo (can be downloaded from www.spotware.com )

Why has this been removed? The current trailing stop setup that trails for the pip amount equalling the stop loss does not make sense!

@Spotware

The trailing stop loss setup simply does not make any sense. Why in the world is the trailing stop loss distance determined by the stop loss we put in place? These two pip values should be independent!!

I see it now, but seriously Spotware, that was not a good update. I strongly urge reversing this "update" as it seriously adds more inconvenience than good.

Dear Trader,

The Trailing Stop Loss now resides on the server, it works when cTrader is closed. You can apply it when creating an order. It has also been simplified, please enter the number of pips it should trail the spot price for, and it will move every pip.

But what if I needed to modify the trailing stop loss? How would I go about this? Please re-instate the old version. This literally defies what cTrader is meant to be. cTrader is designed to allow for quick trading and order modification. You guys did a nice job with this as shown with the chart stop loss and take profit modifications as well as quick order entry. The way trailing stop loss is set right now just defies the quick modifications.

The webtrader lacks many features. I currently have to use TradingView as my charting platform and cTrader web as my trade entry platform.

cTrader web has many issues of its own and more than once have I entered in wrong trade volumes and the cloud scalability does not expand to web. None of my templates, indicators setup, layout set, load when it gets backed up to the "cloud".

Will selected colors be saved in any way? This is very important. If I chose a random color, such as #98DFCB, I need a way to chose the same color again without having to memorize its code. Something like saving the last 10 colors used would be a good idea.

Sorta can be done with workspaces.

Is this in development or currently worked on? Need click to toggle for chart objects and selecting lots, indicators, time frames, and such. Hovering is not accurate, slows trading down.

After removing the unlinked account from the drop down list, log-in again either from the cTrader-ID login (top right corner) or using a different demo account and see if the problem persists.

Ok, this seems to work on a couple of trial and error attempts. However, this issue still exists on your mobile platform. Demo and no longer active live accounts cannot be removed or at least not through the same method in the drop down menu.

Follow-up issue:

If you unlink the account from you cTDN, then the account will appear in the unlink section. However, the password is no longer saved. When you go over to the cTrader tab, it is no longer possible to remove the account from the stored list.

If the account you are trying to remove is the only account currently in the drop down list, then you cannot remove it. Otherwise, you should be able to remove it.

That does not address my issue. If you have unlinked an account, removing it from the drop down list will not cause the unlinked account to disappear. It will still show up in the top right corner where you signed in with you cTDN ID under the unlinked section. It is not possible to remove the unlinked accounts.
