On the FxPro website it states…

Forex: Trade CFDs on 70+ FX pairs
Shares: Trade CFDs on thousands of global shares

I incorrectly presumed that cTrader and MT5 were very similar in what they could trade, but I think the numbers quoted above are only for MT5 where you can also trade shares.

So am I correct in thinking…

1. I can use Spotware's FIX API without installing cTrader?
2. I can still access live prices, etc, using Spotware's FIX API from Linux?
