RE:
In setting up a strategy I could only see the cash-equity-allocation amount. I couldn't see how to set a higher ratio; a higher relative risk setting, for clients who may be either more assertive or conservative - relative to the strategy provider. This was a benefit of the previous version's protocol; even of the proportionality aspect wasn't there.@Investor Unity

Hi Adam,
Your broker was correct. Percentages and ratios are related to the volume traded by the strategy provider. Proportional mirroring with be a feature that will be introduced in the upcoming release of cTrader Copy which is planned to be released sometime in Q2 2018.
Best Regards,Panagiotis
Hello Panagiotis,
Was the proportional equity feature abandoned in the latest version?

Hi Panagiotis, I wondered about the release of this. Details would appreciated; the more the better. Thanks, Adam@Investor Unity

Hi Panagiotis,
Thanks for the prompt response. I was lead to believe by a broker that the percentage setttings were for mirroring quantitities.
E.g.: A client at 100% setting would receive the same trade quantity as the strategy, irrespective of the difference of account size.
If this is not the case, thanks for correcting. 100% is the setting I need. Though 1.5x/150% and other increments also would be helpful.
Thanks again,
Adam

Hi Panagiotis, Thanks. I appreciate the simplicity of this, though it's come at the cost of adjustable proportional/relative risk (along with notional funding), for clients/copiers. Though the 1:1 proportionality is great for most, I'd hope to see in future versions the ability to set proportional-equity-based risk multipliers; as is already available through some other platforms. This would be helpful to clients with higher risk/drawdown tolerances, and would work well in conjunction with the existing equity-based stop function. Thanks again for your help, Adam24 Oct 2018, 13:26
