Yep. This is needed on both the desktop and web versions of cTrader.

Hey Panagiotis,

I must have been imagining things but that's good news nonetheless.

Thanks.

I would also like to see an option to have customisable fixed colours for the QuickTrade buy and sell buttons. The constantly flashing buttons start to irritate and can distract from focusing on the chart's price action and it would be nice to have the button colours match people's bull and bear candlestick/bar/line/dot colours. I wouldn't even mind if the constantly changing arrows and prices went too. Just two buttons with fixed colours with the words [Sell] and [Buy] on them.

Just to expand on this topic a little, I have just tried putting an email address into my own strategy description and it says the @ symbol is not allowed in said field.

Is this a bug? is this intended? or is this due to be changed at some point in the future?

Thanks.

Is there any insight on this Panagiotis?

Yes, great idea.

Personally I think that each chart's quicktrade panel should have an additional section under the position size area to set a SL distance in pips for that particular chart/market/timeframe.

So I could have simultaneously on my screens a 5min EURUSD chart with a 2.0 pip SL, a daily BTCUSD chart with a 100,000 pip SL, a 30min GBPUSD chart with a 10.0 pip SL ect.

Or being able to quickly change a chart's quicktrade SL to allign with the market's current level of volatility.

Let's hope we see this added sometime in the near future.

Thanks.

cTrader desktop user here.

Yes, fixed colours on the chart's quicktrade buttons would great.

Yes I agree 100%. This needs to be implemented as soon as possible. It happened to me a couple of days ago. Very annoying.

Very good post, I 100% agree with everything you have said.

Personally, I wish I had the option to match the quicktrade button colours to my bull and bear candle colours and also an option for them to remain the same colour.

One constant colour for the buy button and another constant colour for the sell button. The continuous orange and green flickering from both buttons reminds me of a casino slot machine.

And it can be quite distracting when im trying to focus on the chart's price action. Yes, I could turn the quicktrade panel off but I use it as my main trade entry method.

Expanding on your first point, I would also love the option to change the colour of the buy and sell quicktrade buttons to match my bull and bear candle colours.

Yes. I have suggested a few times now that a single tap is too dangerous and to change it to a double tap atleast.

Yes.

The ability to be able to change ALL the individual mobile chart element colours would be fantastic.

Then I could finally make my mobile charts look exactly like my desktop charts.

I hope to see this added to the cTrader android app in the near future.

I think the quick trade buy and sell buttons for cTrader mobile should require at least a double-tap to activate, just like there is an option in the desktop cTrader for either a single-click or a double-click activation.

Hopefully we see this change implemented soon.

I agree completely.

I think the quick trade feature is great but I also think a single tap is much too easy to do by mistake and changing it to at least a double tap would be much better.

Hopefully we will see this change implemented in the near future.
