@PanagiotisCharalampous You're the community manager. You respond to almost every post in here. But when i approach with a more complicated matter you all of a sudden stop doing your job. Do your job and either help me or forward this to someone who might be familiar with this issue and can help me out. If you can only help people with questions ChatGPT can already answer then what's even the point in employing you.

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble with my cTrader bot. The bot fails to initialize the FIX API with the error “Configuration failed: No sessions defined.” See screenshot below.
- I have checked the FIX44.xml file and corrected it many times with no change in results.
- I have doublechecked that the code of my bot matches the FIX API parameters.
- I have tried changing the bot's code.
- I have asked on reddit but no one was able to help.
I am happy to pay you if you end up helping me solve this issue.

PanagiotisCharalampous ‘’every third party product'', you mean the one? If it's available on cTrader, it's a product on cTrader and cTrader should have someone on their staff who understands how it works. I know that the idea of ‘’understanding the products you offer to your customers'' sounds outrageous, but that's a common thing for a competitive business to care about. This is not a ‘’solve federal budget deficit for me'' issue, this is a ‘’the product you're offering doesn't work'' issue. How about treating your customers with a little respect instead of justifying your own incompetence and lack of effort to understand the products you're offering, and actually making an effort to help them solve problems they are encountering on your platform. If you don't understand how FIX API works, then LEARN IT pal, it's your job to understand the products you offer so you can help people solve the problems customers encounter with said products.
