Since Saturday 2 November the cTrader desktop v5.0.40 has been unstable. Some trades over the weekend could not be closed and showed as POSITION_LOCKED; WorkSpaces are not saving as the button is inactive; cannot download statements as the button is inactive; indicator/drawings and changes disappear when the cTrader desktop is closed.
These issues are being echoed on the Telegram group, https://t.me/cTrader_Official, but there is no communication from cTrader on what the issue is or when it is expected to be resolved. Where do your customers see the status of your platform or if these issues are being addressed?
The issue is very frustrating and affects many people. Many users are already beginning to rewrite their strategies and indicators for MQL5. It seems that after around 10-15 minutes, something happens with the API or the communication with the server. The synchronization shows a reconnecting message, and only a restart helps. Restarting cTrader every 15 minutes is not a solution.
