Would you mind creating an indicator for me? I'm looking for something tailored to the Inner Circle Trader method called +IFVG. This indicator should let me draw rectangles on any timeframe and resize them as necessary. Also, it should automatically fill the rectangle with a corresponding line. Your assistance with this would be much appreciated!

Similar to the functionality provided by the tradingview platform with the rectangle tool, I'm seeking an indicator that offers similar features.
