Bar data has been replaced with a button to switch products. I think bar data is more important. Also I don't see a way to input the exact price we want when placing a pending order. I have to zoom all the way in to be able to move the order line to the right price with precision. I would rather just input the value, I guess it takes the same amount of time to zoom in 5 times or input 4 or 5 digits. I'm comparing it to tradelocker.
For now I'm using the older ctrader mobile version my broker provides. So I can see the bar data as I'm trading. I don't switch products in a mobile app…

I've made the link to the video public, so anyone can see the issue for themselves. I know how to replicate the problem so I cannot be surprised by it like before, but the rest of your users are at risk.

ok thank you, i should have tested other broker feeds.
hey on a side note, everytime i leave ctrader open for multiple days it starts to act glitchy, like some of the candles are missing on multiple timeframes. just letting you know in case you want to try it. my workaround is to restart the program once a day.

moving an order on the chart - not registering
when you move a stop order or i think any order on the chart, its supposed to make that sound to confirm the adjustment has registered with the platform. Sometimes it does not make this sound and the order line only moves on the chart you moved it in, the rest of the charts that are open for the same asset, show the order in its original price point, as the change has not registered. So one chart shows the change, this is definitely misinformation and can cause confusion.
Im aware of the bug so when i dont hear the sound and dont see the other charts update, i just click on the order one more time to make the change stick.
I noticed that when im moving the order, if i fully stop mouse movement before letting go of the click, it will register no problem, but if the mouse cursor is still moving when you let go of the click, that is when the bug surfaces.
Please prioritize this fix as it is getting in the way of one of the primary functions of the platform, editing orders.
