Dear, Spotware.

Thank You for showing me the right direction.

After contacting MyFxBook the issue have been resolved by their team within a few hours.

Sorry for bothering.

In the future, if some technical issue with Spotware services emerges, what is the best way to contact Spotware support representatives ?

Is there any email adress that retail client can get in touch with a support through ?

If I understand right " support@spotware.com " is for Banks and Brokers only.

cTrader not responding when using symbol information tab

This only happens when a trader has a lot of closed positions on given currency pair (symbol) in account history.

Platform stops responding while trying to list all those trades.

Putting history of closed positions into the symbol info tab was a major mistake of developers in my opinion.

Hello.

In cMirror platform log in cTID and than just click right button of the mouse over live account number you want to unlink. Than unlink option will pop up.

I'm sorry guys, but after half a year of waiting and hoping it starts getting on my nerves, really.

I can't imagine why it's so hard to implement that feature into API ? Just make it some two days side project or something and finish it already.

There are currently 77 votes in total from users regarding Market Sentiment access.

I'm not actually qualified to judge Spotware developers and coders, but belive me it looks like Spotware team is totaly ignoring this feature request.

It's imposible to achive by asking Spotware to do it. It will never happen.

You need to have a VPS (Virtual Private Server) to make your wish come true.
cBot can't run ofline, its phisicaly impossible.
There got to be some machine and network connection to keep cBot running, there are no exceptions.
Obtaining a VPS is not free but relatively cheap.
If You new to this idea, there's a lot of information on the internet about setting up a VPS.

If You want cTrader to sign in back automatically and don't want to wait for platform software fix / update:

- Stop using cTID signin option. When You are logged out of your cTrader ID and signed in just using Trading Account Number and Password - the platform comes back to life by itself.
- I'm using cTrader on VPS as You do, and it always reconnect itself if you logged out of cTraderID.
- I don't know what behind this trick, but for me it resolved the problem.
