@RiskonTrade, thanks for your help. I have done some testing, and it seems like the problem has been coming from my Internet connection and not from your software. I just wanted to clarify that for anyone planning to buy the RiskOnTrade. Thank you.

The software worked well for a while, has all the functionalities I need. But I wouldn't recommend it if you have a Macbook. The risk on trade software always freezes at NY session for me. Specially when I have a trade open, it freezes and I can't close my trade or see the screen. I have addressed the issue to the owner multiple times as well. But he says the software does not work well with Macbook. I can't comment on Windows users but if you have a Macbook. Don't use it.
