No pictures posted and FxPro edge is not cTrader. If you have issues with FxPro Edge, please talk to them

Please share email, I will send you pictures.

I made two attempts to publish it here.

I added pictures - used functionality from top right menu (three dots), clicked save.

RE: CTrader Web - issue with charts

Hi there,

I always had a one-click trading option on, I never had a confirmation pop-up window. It was changed to my surprise.

You can set it back to one click in Settings > QuickTrade

Charts sometimes do refresh by themselves.

It can happen when there is a disconnection and reconnection

I am testing FXPRO edge platform https://edge.fxpro.co.uk/

I have a test account there.

It is an instance of CTrader.

The connection is stable all the time.

And the chart issue never occurred there, I do run 12 charts there.

Squeezed charts. To replicate this scenario: Open CTrader Web - Google Chrome - (I had 8 charts), go to another app like Gmail - and come back after x minutes, CTrader will refresh the charts and there will be a squeeze or it will refresh all charts.

Can you please record a video demonstrating this happening?

Once I have it I will come back to it.

The issue happens on a random basis.

I do not know what triggers it.

From my side, I switch tabs between different apps/websites in Google Chrome.

Best regards,

Panagiotis
