box and alerts based on fractals

When a fractal has formed, as the picture shows, I need to show:
a) a green or red box each time a new fractal is formed. At the same time, the old green or red box must be deleted automatically.
b) receive an alarm containing various data when the box is formed.
c) the indicator must be able to be activated or deactivated as required, and must work on all types of timeframes.
