Buy stop sell stop orders within a market range

Hello Programmers,

I would like to have a bot that buys stop orders and sell stop orders within a range of 30 pips.

For example:

The EURUSD market range is 1.1330 - 1.1300. If the price hit 1.1330 the bot will buy stop 10,000 units size. If the price goes back to 1.1300 the bot will close buy position and sell stop at 1.1300. If the price then goes up to 1.1330 again the bot will close sell position and buy stop at 1.1330. etc etc. The trading size is 10,000 units.

The bot is thus very simple to create. Can you help me?
