Convert MQL5 script to C# Indicator

I have a fully functional MQL5 script which calls Support & Resistance values
from a .cvs (it can be in .xlsx) file and draws it onto ALL OPEN charts.

It works for FX, but should be able to handle any financial instrument.

There are three -- almost identical -- scripts:

1. A Monthly script to draw two Support, and two Resistance lines, run once a month.
2. A Weekly script to draw two Support, and two Resistance lines, run once a week.
3. A Daily script to draw two Support, and two Resistance lines, run once a day.

Each time the script runs, it deletes the previous four lines, 
and draws line with the most recent values. For instance today's Daily script,
will remove yesterday's for Daily lines.

There are therefore never more than four lines for each of: Monthly, Weekly, Daily Levels.
(3 x 4 = 12 lines in total)
