EMA indicator with added levels

Apparently this is standard in MT4 . its an indicator that has an exponential moving average with the abilty to add levels/lines (3 or 4) above and below the ema line at a set number of pips away.  So if in an uptrend you could have a second line at sayy 100 pips away then a third at 200 pips etc. Lines could be differnt colors. picture below is the MT4 indi.
