I need a cbot with Deep learning and others

I need to create a cbot that includes my operation strategy with fundamental news latency arbitration as well as Deep learning as well as that each parameter of my strategy can be activated and deactivated as well as modified, I need the developer to have experience with the previous points described. I also need Deep learning to be trained based on the last semesters based on historical records constantly.the development will be for the ctrader platform.
