Spread Paint Bar

Hi I need an indicator to paint a bar blue if it closes in the upper third of it's height and closes above the high of the previous bar and paint it red if the bar closes in it's lower third of height and closes below the low of the previous bar.

I need the colours to be customisable as well as the height parameter e.g. I might want it to paint if it cloes in it's upper 90% instead of upper 66% etc.

I have it working for MT4 but need one developed for Ctrader.
