Enable same day tick optimization

Hi,

Looking for an experienced developer or someone who actually has an idea on how to optimize on live data. 

Issue: Unable to optimize on same day tick data (server delays tick data for backtest & optimization by approximately 30 hours)

Attempts: TDCB file edits, direct bot feeds via CSV. Failed. 

I believe there is an effective solution to this. Potentially may use 3rd party tick data. 

Budget negotiable, depending on scope and efficiency.
